Valuations – What is involved?

You may not necessarily be thinking of selling your business but may need a written valuation for other purposes such as partnership buyout, marital disputes or simply to present to shareholders etc

All businesses are different so what we require from one, we may not need from another. Basically to enable us to complete your in depth written valuation we require a certain amount of financial documentation from you and an interview with the owner to get a clear background of what the business entails including where it came from, staffing structure, what the owners role is, what the business has achieved and where it is capable of going in the future.
